Leadership
The people behind the delivery standard.
Wright is led by its two founding managing members. The people who sign the bid are the people who answer for the work, from first site visit through closeout.

- Quality assurance
- Compliance management
Bradley co-founded Wright and serves as Chief Executive Officer and managing member. He owns field execution for the company's roofing and facilities work: site visits, subcontractor selection and oversight, quality assurance, and the delivery discipline that keeps an occupied facility dry, safe, and undisrupted while crews are on the roof. When Wright takes on a scope, Bradley walks the site, signs the work off against the specification, and answers personally for the result, to one standard of field execution that meets federal expectations without exception. Before co-founding Wright, he led project management for one of the ten largest roofing and exterior envelope contractors in the country, overseeing portfolio delivery, subcontractor performance, and quality control across complex commercial engagements. Alongside that career, he spent years operating where the South's business and legacy-wealth influence concentrates, developing long-form relationships with regional business principals, family-office decision-makers, and senior operators and investors whose trust is built across decades of repeat engagement, not a single meeting. His academic foundation is in Biomechanics, earned through Mississippi State University's Kinesiology program, one of the strongest in the country, where he built the systems thinking and operational rigor that define his approach today.
coo@wrightssgov.comAlex co-founded Wright and serves as President and managing member. He leads the front end of the business: pursuit strategy, pricing, proposal development, teaming relationships, and agency engagement. Every opportunity Wright pursues clears his qualification discipline first, whether the requirement fits the company's roofing-led scope, whether the price is defensible line by line, and whether the teaming structure is compliant before anything is signed. For contracting officers and teaming partners, Alex is the first call and a direct line, and every inquiry gets an answer within one business day. Over his career, across the Midwest, he has earned the trust of professional athletes and actors, private finance executives, and senior government figures, the kind of high-stakes relationships that turn on discretion and judgment and are built one at a time. He went on to serve as Vice President of Sales at an award-winning marketing agency, and founded an independent facilities services company that grounded him in the operational realities Wright's clients face every day. His academic foundation is in Neuromechanics, studied at Mississippi State, where he worked alongside elite athletes at a nationally ranked Division I program and saw firsthand how the highest-performing organizations build accountability under pressure.

How leadership operates
Accessible. Accountable. Decisive.
Wright is built so that agencies and teaming partners work directly with senior leadership, not with layers of account management. We are in the work, not above it.
The structure is flat by design: two managing members, each with signature authority. When an agency needs a response, a modification, or a course correction, the decision-maker is available. No committee approvals, no escalation chains.
Delivery accountability does not rest with program managers alone. If a Wright engagement falls short, leadership owns that outcome before anyone else does. This is how we build agency trust.
