Bradley's career sits at the intersection of large-scale program execution and high-value client development. Before co-founding Wright, he led project management for one of the ten largest roofing and exterior envelope contractors in the country, overseeing portfolio delivery, subcontractor performance, and quality control across complex commercial engagements. Alongside that career, he spent years operating where the South's business and legacy-wealth influence concentrates, developing long-form relationships with regional business principals, family-office decision-makers, and senior operators and investors whose trust is built across decades of repeat engagement, not a single meeting. His academic foundation is in Biomechanics, earned through Mississippi State University's Kinesiology program, one of the strongest in the country, where he built the systems thinking and operational rigor that define his approach today. At Wright, that full range converges into one standard: field execution that meets federal expectations without exception. He owns every operational commitment the company makes.
coo@wrightssgov.comAlex studied Neuromechanics at Mississippi State, a scientific discipline focused on how the nervous system coordinates high-performance movement. He carried that research lens into practice working alongside elite athletes at a nationally ranked Division I program, where he observed directly how the highest-performing organizations build accountability under pressure. That same environment put him in proximity to the wealth ecosystems that surround elite athletics, and over the following years he built a consultative client practice across the Midwest, engaging professional athletes and actors, private finance executives, and senior government figures. The through-line was the same in every room: discretion and judgment, earned one relationship at a time. He went on to serve as Vice President of Sales at an award-winning marketing and AI automation agency, and founded an independent facilities services company that grounded him in the operational realities Wright's clients face every day. At Wright, he leads pursuit strategy, teaming relationships, and agency engagement, ensuring every opportunity the company pursues is one it is built to win.
